The data gathered for thisproject details the whole price tag for all supplies and services needed to successfully execute thecharity event. In addition, the report details the likelihood of each risk that might compromise thesuccess of the initiatives. In the final section of the report, the assessment of the project ishighlighted, highlighting the thorough study that was done towards the project.Project CharterThe project charter recognizes the project's existence and identifies its most vital features,making it the most crucial document related to any project. A project charter can help in severalimportant ways. In the first place, the project charter specifies and describes the project's goals indetail. The project's charter serves as its guiding document, detailing its intended outcomes.Having a defined goal and strategy in place is crucial because without them, a project is morelikely to drift aimlessly and eventually fail, resulting in the loss of any and all investment madethus far (). Second, the project charter aids in avoiding creeping scope. In the absence of promptcontrol, scope creep can cause a project to beyond its original timeline, project, and finally fail.The project charter aids in preventing scope creep by outlining the boundaries of the projectearly on ().Business caseAccording to (), there are at least 93 million children with disabilities in the world.And each of them needs rehabilitation. Moreover, as () says, the creativerehabilitation of children with disabilities contributes to the formation of their activelife position. Therefore, on December 25, 2022, a charity exhibition called“Miracle” is planned. The Hayat Hotel was selected as the event site because of itspleasant atmosphere. More importantly, the hotel is large enough to accommodateeveryone. The “Miracle” fair, which opens at 11:00 am, will be attended byorganizations working for the benefit of children with disabilities, includingorphanages, specialized schools and boarding schools, and public organizations.More than 1000 paintings will be presented at the event. Personal participation of
children in the fair is an important element of social adaptation. It allows the childto increase self-esteem, to realize his significance, to enjoy the fact that the thingmade by his hands will bring joy to someone. These guys came into the world withdifferent features of their development, which makes it difficult for them to fullyenjoy the joy of being.
