ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURES; COMMUNICATION METHOD 2 Organization Structures; Communication Methods As a manager of a large rehabilitation center, the center is proposing that long-term services be added. When trying to propose it there are some communication methods that must take place in order to make sure that management team understands what it is that organization is trying to achieve with long-term services. The communication methods that are appropriate for managers within this organization is that as the manager taking on leading and making sure that each team member understand the guidelines and what is expected of them. Communication methods must be made so that each staff knows how to contact each other (Buchbinder, S.B. & Shanks, N.H., 2012).
