Importance of Organizational Behavior in a Business OrganizationIntroductionEffective human resource management especially in companies that operate on a globalbasis requires a lot of skills and ability to respond to dynamic environments as quickly aspossible (Duggan, 2015). The human resource professionals typically need to have the ability torecruit and train a very productive employee team that will make production in the business aseffective and efficient as possible. Managing employees in an international setting may not be aseasy as in a small business because the human resource team has to make sure that theemployees are able to be motivated and inspired to work together even when they are not in thesame setting (Nijhof, 1999).
