Be specific. I want to inform the public about how one political decision can impose unrealistic and unreasonable beliefs and values on others. In this letter, I will expose the distressing effects of Bush’s decision to cut off funding to organizations had on an organization in Brazil called GRAPPA. GRAPPA is a non-profit organization that works to provide HIV+/AIDS education, and to support HIV+/AIDS victims and their families, both physically and psychologically. HIV and AIDS is a distinguished issue in Brazil because sex profession (otherwise known as prostitution) is legal.
