Breona Wright Professor Strusienski BUS 366.02 9 September, 2016 Work Attitude Survey Analysis Upon handing out the work attitude surveys, a few reacted negatively to the fact they had to actually think about work outside of work. But while observing some individuals in the process of taking their survey, it was intriguing because it was as though many of them never asked themselves those questions and were thinking about things for the first time. After surveying individuals of all lines of work, from managers, to school teachers and technical jobs, all of the results were interestingly different. The managers who were surveyed seemed to have more outgoing personalities than those who weren't and this showed in their surveys as well because they noted they did not like to be micromanaged or to do things a certain way as being told. It was also noted that their favorite part about being in their position was working with their team which showed and went hand in
