By using one of the university’s core elements outlined in the academic plan which states “celebrate and learn from our diversity” to guide my course of action, my first step would be to tell the organizers of the kissing booth that an apology must be made to the students, faculty, staff, alumni and fans for any offense the kissing booth might have caused. I would take immediate action and request a meeting with the sorority president as well as the captain of the cheerleading squad.
