1. PERSONAL VALUES
As an executive chef of a Fine-Dining Restaurant. My values are as
follows:
 Determination
 Discipline
 Wisdom
 Excellence
 Teamwork
 Determinatio n: This trait I feel carries a high weight in
leadership as this is one of the important traits in
leadership, as a chef being determined will keep me
focused on clear goals for my team, work hard to deliver
them, also without a great team, we are nothing this will
give me the desire to get the job done, some
characteristics of this trait are taking the initiative.
 Discipline : being disciplined is something that everyone
must learn at some stage of their life is one of the most
important factors that show what kind of leader you are,
for example, if I am an executive chef of a fine dining
restaurant, it is my duty to set an example for those
working under me, like being on time, following each

procedure using the right methods, following safety
measures, as it shows that I am determined. There is no
determination without discipline and no discipline without
determination, these two factors complement each other
in different ways.
 Wisdom: wise is something that every person needs to
be, especially a leader, if I am wise, my team will develop
respect for me as a leader.
Wise leaders
make the
circumstances for individuals to go about their best
responsibilities. With a clear mission and system, they
impart the basic few needs and the way ahead. They
enable individuals through distinct execution assumptions,
wanted ways of behaving, and social standards. They
reliably lead at the legitimate height given the
circumstance, adjusting, organizing, and directing action to
conduct results.
