MLA Citation: Works Cited List General Notes for formatting the page entitle the page Works Cited (center the title), list the citations alphabetically by the author’s last name, double space both within and between entries. Periodicals: Journals, Magazine’s and Newspapers: McNaughton, David, Charles Hughes and Nicole Ofiesh. “Proofreading for Students with Learning Disabilities: Integrating Computer and Strategy Use.” Learning Disability Research and Practice 12 (1997): 16-28. Books: Paul, Richard. Critical Thinking: What Every Person Needs to Survive in a Rapidly Changing World. Rohnert Park, CA: Sonoma State UP, 1990. Name of author(s). Last name, first name for first author, first name,  last name for other authors (if any). Use full names of authors. Note:  First line of citation is flush with the margin; other lines are indented  5 spaces (1 tab).  End with a period and 2 spaces.  Full title of article, in quotes, all significant words capitalized. End with a period before the closing quotation mark.
