Code of Ethics Code of Ethics At Woodward Incorporated we believe in conducting business in a fair and ethical manner that does not harm or jeopardize associate and/or customers of Woodward Incorporated. We will strive to conduct business that consents with national and international laws as well as refrain from conducting business with manufacturers or sub-contractors that do not abide by these same standards and laws. Customer service is our number one priority and we will strive to conduct business in a manner that is fair to consumers, suppliers, distributors, manufacturers, and Woodward Incorporated stockholder while consenting with business laws. We will not conduct business that in anyway harms associates of Woodward Incorporated, those individuals and companies associated with Woodward Incorporated, and customers of Woodward Incorporated.
