The mothers reasons for not going are what good would a conference do, she is her mother and she does not know everything in her life, and that she is nineteen years old and can act for herself. A teacher should be involved in a child’s life but only to an extent. The teacher should be able to talk to the child about problems they are having personally. However, a teacher should not be involved in a child’s life where they talk all the time and see each other outside of the school....
