Introduction. The follow up paper provides a closer look to knowledge management problems in an upcoming but still small-sized start-up. Therefore this paper is going to examine the focal company and its knowledge management problems and solutions in three steps. In the next article in more detail for the purposes of knowledge management in the company Innoscripta. Therefore, this document intends to consider the company and its knowledge management and problem solving in three steps. The first step will contain the description of the company and basic information afterwards the paper will analyze the specific problem of knowledge management within the company. The last Chapter and conclusion a brief review of the decision of tasks of knowledge management that has already been applied and further suggestions to solve this specific problem of knowledge management. Company. Innoscripta GmbH was founded in 2012 by Michael Hohenester and its headquarter is located in Munich, Germany. Michael Hohenester already had knowledge concerning the setup of new businesses. In 2009 he founded the CureFab GmbH, an enterprise established in the medical sector with the goal to develop a system for the prevention of apoplexies by using ultrasonic technology. But as normal for business in the medical sector, developments are expensive and extremely time consuming. Soon the business was running out of money and it was necessary to apply for additional funds provided by governmental, national and international programs. The successful application for those funds led to the development of the business idea of innoscripta GmbH. Innoscripta GmbH is nowadays offering services for small- and medium sized enterprises (SME), which helps to bring new products and innovations to the market, especially when the possibilities of financing the project are limited.
