There are three branches of government they are the Legislative branch it creates the law. Second the branch is the Executive executes the law the third is the judicial branch it interprets the law. The checks and balance system is the process that each branch checks another. The legislative branch checks the judicial and the executive it also checks itself due to the fact that it is a bicameral that has an amount of self-checking. The executive Branch checks just the legislature branch, and the judicial branch checks the Legislature. The checks and balances has authority is to watch the peoples right’s against the power of the government. It is structured so that the executive, legislative and judiciary branches to have separated and self-governing as to functions and have to organize for proper operation that also safeguards to prevent misuse of power. The checked here are just a few examples of how it works
