I love working with children, I started off doing daycare in my house the more kids i continued to get the more it made me want to open my own business. 2.What's your management style? I give clear directions and actually stays pretty hands-off, but is ready and available to jump in to offer guidance, expertise, and help when needed. 3.How many children can your facility hold? My facility can hold up to 40 children the most i have ever had was 36 to 38 4.What type of workers do you hire? Great people that love to deal with children, being comfortable with working with an stressful environment and someone who is willing to learn and grow.
