Assignment 2 During a baseball game, there are many similarities in leadership and political organizations that are the same with Ongka the big man of the Kawelka tribe. During a baseball game the coach picks which players are playing what position, if they are going to be bench, or if they are a pitcher if they are going to pitch this game or wait. It’s the same sort of organization that the Kawelka tribe has during the time of the Moka. They have to find pigs that are going to make them money, they have to feed the pigs, choose which ones are going to sell well and how they will make money. Both the baseball team and Kawelka tribe have many distinct similarities such as plans, persuasion, respect, and authority. During a baseball game, the coach has to figure out his game plan for that week of practice so they know what to do in the game. The coach must evaluate his players during the week to decide which ones he is going to play and who is going to play the next game. Ongka during the time of the Moka has to do similar planning.
