Unformatted text preview: Logan Spring February 2, 2008 HEP 112-01 Love Thyself Journal 2 Professor Wegman Wellness is such a complex topic, that it has become extremely hard to analyze, especially when you are critiquing your own wellness. In my case, I work hard to do me to the very best of my ability. By this I mean that I have become, over time, very focused on my future and the goals that I want to accomplish, and I let almost nothing stand in my way. This mind set becomes exaggerated while I am at school. I am currently a 21 year old, first year engineering student. I have no problem with this, because I am finally studying what I love, but it most certainly makes me different than many of the other students here at Binghamton. My first priority is school. I rarely go out on the weekends. Especially last semester due to my tight schedule, I had very little time to socialize. I am okay with this, and I find that it actually benefits my wellness.
