1) Research Paper: In the first part of the paper, you will be able to do some research on a Sustainabilityissue of your choice (e.g., climate change, biodiversity, land degradation, pollution, migration & conflict).Your Sustainability issue may be on a global level (overfishing and declining fish stocks), provincial level(movements of the caribou); or local level (endangered waterfowl in Saskatoon's Northeast Swale). Findout what is needed to help improve the Sustainability issue that you chose, what would you suggestshould be done about it? Maybe promote buying local fish? Identify the SDGs your research touches on.,2) Action Plan: Your research and your identification of the problem you want to tackle sets up thesecond part of your paper, your Action plan. If you identified a global problem, what could you do locallyabout it (where you live) and how would you mobilize other people to join you (in your community). Beabsolutely realistic: keep in mind that you do a lot of work already as student and maybe you are alsoworking on the side to support your life. Your project must be sustainable for yourself. Identify the SDGsyour Action Plan touches on.In order to mobilize people for the problem you have identified in your research, maybe you want to talkto fellow students, neighbours, get involved in the community or in a community group, or in thestudent union. or in an organization (perhaps the SES Saskatchewan Environmental Society?), or apolitical group/party. You must consider the ways how you want to, or can, or are limited to, interact andcommunicate with the people you want to mobilize (explain). Address the following points or more.
