2 Yes, there are a number of company that have engaged in sweatshops. The top ten company’s involved in sweatshop acts are; H&M, Nike, Walmart, The Gap, La Senza, Victoria’s Secret, Disney, Sears, Joe Fresh, Marks and Spencer. The act involved in question are working conditions, hours worked, benefits the age of the worker and wages, some as low as 33 cent an hour. Supply and demand, is the base behind any company’s success. The value or the price in which a company charges for this is dictated by that either by flooding the market with a product or constricting that availability.
