Video Case 20 – Bitter Girls 1.  ( a ) What is the image you first have when you hear the brand name “Bitter Girls”? What are both ( b the strengths and ( c ) the weaknesses in linking this brand name to the concept of empowering tweens  and teens? The first image I had when I heard “Bitter Girls” is girls angry at the world around them. The strengths of  using such a brand name is that it may arouse curiosity among tweens and teens and attract them to the  idea of using dark humor as a way to connect to their real lives. The weaknesses are is the name brand  may be misunderstood by tweens and teens, and if could also not appeal to the positive girls that see  dark humor as unappealing.   2.  How can social media be used to drive traffic to the Bitter Girls website? Bitter Girls can keep posting funny, attractive, inviting posts that appeal to tweens and teens on their  Facebook page. Also, they can make a YouTube account and upload short animation cartoons that
