First official “date” in Golden Country oShe does not care about his flaws oShe knows him a lot oShe is very rebellious(had a very good cover) I thought at that point she was a bit suspicious oHis dream came true when Julia took off her clothes oSex= Corruption “It was a political act” (pg 105) His point of view of sex were political while Julia just wanted it for self- pleasure oWinston is very negative “We are dead …not dead yet” (pg 113) Winston likes to have very violent thoughts about women Julia thinks about now and how they should be happy to be alive and Winston is the opposite.
