YOUNGONE CORPORATION, (YCL UNIT) This report will be based on “Evaluation of Financial Performance of Youngone (CEPZ) Ltd”. It will be initiated as part of the Internship Program which is a BBA Degree requirement of the Department of Business Administration, Southern University Bangladesh. In the field of industrialization, the garment industry is a promising step. It has given the opportunity of employment to millions of unemployed, especially innumerable uneducated women of the country. It is making a significant contribution in the field of our foreign income. Over the last twelve years or more the garments industries have emerged as the largest source of earning foreign currency. About half of the foreign currency from the ready-made garments is earned from the European Union and the U.S.A. Besides, Canada, Japan, Australia, New Zealand; Russia etc. are also other garments importing countries. At present about 20 countries of the world are importers of our garments. Bangladesh has to advance cautiously for getting the better position of her garments in the world market. 1.2 Objectives of the Study: The main objective of the study is to evaluate the financial performance of Youngone (CEPZ) Ltd. Following specific objectives have been covered in order to accomplish the main objective: a) To examine the policy related to the financial management of Youngone Corporation. b) To examine the authority involved in financial Management of Youngone (CEPZ) Ltd. c) To evaluate the Liquidity position of Youngone (CEPZ) Ltd. d) To evaluate the Solvency position of Youngone (CEPZ) Ltd. e) To evaluate the productivity position of Youngone (CEPZ) Ltd. f) To evaluate the Profitability position of Youngone (CEPZ) Ltd. g) To identify the problem associated with the financial operation of Youngone (CEPZ) Ltd. h) To identify the findings & recommend some policy measure in order to improve the financial performance of Youngone (CEPZ) Ltd. 1.3 Study Methodology: The study requires a systematic procedure from a selection of the topic to the preparation of the final report.to perform the study, the data sources were to be identified and collected; to be classified, This Report Has Been Submitted As A Partial Requirement For The Fulfillment of The BBA Program 2

The overall process of methodology has been given as below: 1.3.1 Collection of Data : The study has used both Primary & Secondary Data. 1.3.1.1 Primary Data Sources: The study has collected primary data by conducting interviewed of Youngone (CEPZ) Ltd . employees on the basis of an unstructured questionnaire.
