1 Phone Book System 1.1 Requirements Customer requires a phone book system that will store the names and phone numbers as entries 1. user will be a able to add phone numbers. User has the option to save entries both on Memory or SIM card a. When stored on memory, a phone entry can have a first name (all letters), last name (all letters)and a phone number ((1-9)xx(1-9)xxyyyy). Total characters in first name and last name should not exceed 256 characters b. When stored on SIM card, entries can only be saved with first name (all letters, max 8 characters)and phone number((1-9)xx(1-9)xxyyyy). c. user will be warned if any of the data is invalid per above i.e invalid name, invalid phone number d. user will be warned if the entered first name, (and lastname if on memory) already exists in the system 2. user will be able to edit phone numbers by selecting from a list. Same validations in (1) will be performed for edited entries 3. user will be able to delete phone numbers by selecting from a list 4. user will be able to search by first, lastname, phone number and SMS/MEMORY attributes. User will be able to edit/delete on search results 5. user will be able to import phone book entries into the system Phone book will be used on several interfaces like browser, mobile phones and desktop applications.
