Runyon-As a coworker I would report what I had seen immediately to Human Resources.-As a supervisor I would pull Cynthia aside and let her know I would take care of the situation and also go to HR and also let her take a leave of absence from work until she felt comfortable coming back.-As the HR I would go to anyone higher up in the company and report the incident immediately.-The advice I would give to Cynthia is to hold in there, she is in the right when it comes toall of the legal issues and it should all get worked out in her favor in the end.Issue– The legal question at hand here is whether or not Stoll should receive back and front pay as well as the attorney’s fees she is paying for all of the harassment and mental damages she had to endure while working at the Sacramento Post Office.Rule– The issue at hand is that the Post Office doesn’t seem to care too much for responding to
