HOMEOSTASIS•Homeostasis is the ability or tendency to maintain internal stability in a organism to compensate.•Imagine the hottest summer day, and it feels like your melting. •Your body is capable of maintaining its temperature at this heat by sweating to cool off when its hot. •Homeostasis is crucial to A&P because homeostasis maintains your system in normal range.
