“Avatar” is an epic science film that directed and written for James Cameron, awarded
by Best Art Direction, Best Cinematography and Best Visual Effects in this movie. “Avatar”
is a live action film with a new generation of special effects, takes us to a spectacular world
beyond imagination, where a reluctant hero embarks on a journey of redemption and
discovery as he leads an epic battle to save a civilization. “Avatar” is distributed by 20th
Century Fox. The movie is released in USA on 18th December 2009. It spent 161 minutes for
the movie and the language of the movie is English. “Avatar” was officially budgeted at $237
million. The movie also became the first movie to ever earn more than $2 billion worldwide.
“Avatar” is a movie about humans have depleted Earth's natural resources, leading to a
severe energy crisis in year 2154. The Resources Development Administration(RDA) mines
for a valuable mineral – unobtanium – on Pandora, a densely forested habitable moon
orbiting the gas giant Polyphemus in the Alpha Centauri star system. A crippled former
marine named Jake Sully takes part in a program on Pandora. The scientists have created
hybrid bodies called “avatars” — half human, half alien. They also called avatars as Na’vi, a
race of sentient extra-terrestrial humanoids who inhabit the lush jungle moon of Pandora.
Humans are known to refer to them as "blues", "savages", "the locals", "hostiles", or "the
natives". Parker Selfridge at one point refers to them as "blue monkeys”. They operate these
to control and projecting their minds into the genetically-engineered bodies to get what they
