Must relate to your major and you must be an expert on this area based primarily on your experience. The problem is engineering companies are losing money on failed research projects. 2. Use a 2-3 word phrase that will be the topic/title of your presentation and reflects your problem. This "topic" will be entered at the top of all remaining worksheets. TOPIC: Successful Research Practices 3. What is the purpose of your presentation? The purpose is to convince this audience that research practices should be considered before planning any major research project. 4. What is the primary strategy of your presentation? (Copy directly from the PowerPoint presentation on the class website. Eliminate any "bullets." Change to 12 point Times Roman and to black if any color is on the slide.)
