UPLOADING YOUR OWN DATA SET TO SAS STUDIO Here are some simple instructions for uploading your own csv data set to SAS Studio. Note that if you are using one of the data sets offered by the course, you do not have to do this. The course data sets are already uploaded to SAS Studio. STEP 1: UPLOAD THE DATA SET To upload your own data set to SAS studio: If you click on a folder in the Files (Home) folder, you'll see that the up arrow icon in the Server Files and folders is activated (see the screenshot below). This will allow you to upload a file. STEP 2: IMPORT THE DATA SET INTO SAS Once you've uploaded your data set, you can use the following code to import it into SAS:* PROC IMPORT DATAFILE ='/home/jrose01/my_courses/mycsvdata.csv' OUT = imported REPLACE; RUN; The folder needs to be changed to the folder you have the csv file stored in, but it can be hard to figure out the path name.
