Place a clean sheet of weighing paper on the balance and record its mass to three decimal places. 2. Place a 100 mg Vitamin C tablet on the paper, record the new mass, and calculate the mass of the tablet. 3. Add 50-60 mL of distilled water to the 250 mL Erlenmeyer flask. The exact volume of distilled water added does not matter because it has no effect on the reactions 4. Add the tablet to the water, and crush it carefully with a glass rod. 5. Repeat the steps above for a second vitamin tablet. 6. One person in the pair should crush the vitamin c tablets to help dissolve in the water while the other person prepares the buret. 7.
