Amongst the four types of teams in an organization, the one that best describe my current teamis a self-managed team. For our Apparel Item Set Up team, there's a Senior Manager, Manager and anAssistant Manager (myself) that leads a team of 12 associates on the Apparel Item Set Up process.Despite the fact that this is a self-managed team, managers play a crucial role in guiding the process.
