The Integrated Model of Teamwork provided many useful information on the key factors that contribute to a successful team. Some important things to keep in mind include the: (1) to have a well-qualified team; (2) to keep team members motivated; and (3) to maintain effective communications. Members need to match one another’s ability to perform and be able to think on the same level as one another on how to achieve difficult tasks. For example, a technology-centric company would look for a candidate who have work in the tech field before and understand the process. My current team, for instance, is responsible for the online item set up process for apparel and I need to bring on a candidate that at a minimum understand how the online retailing process works. Some key skills that are critical to job success include proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook. To be successful at what they do, candidates need to have a
