Calvary Church in Tucson I am Chinese, and I am Buddhism religion, which is more of a philosophy or at times known to be a way of life. In our religion, we believe in developing wisdom and understanding of our God; we are mindful and aware of the thoughts of and actions of other faiths, and we lead a moral life that has answers to many of the challenges facing the modern societies. We worship in temples, and the elders who lead the sermons carry out our religious services and make the fundamental teachings about life, these truths about life are summed up to four noble truths and the noble eightfold path. On Sunday, I attended a church service different to that of my religion; the church is known as Mt. Calvary Baptist Church situated in Tucson. The church belongs to a black American community group whose sermons are carried out by the pastor assisted by other assistants who take turns to read the Bible, lead the praise, and worship (Jefferson, 93). The service began 8:30 to10:45 in the morning with a word of prayer from the pastor named Albert, who then introduced the sermon of the day from the book of Ephesians where the theme was unity and maturity in Christ’s body.
