LIFESPAN PERSPECTIVE 2 Lifespan is that period that ranges from conception to death; therefore, lifespan perspective is the human development that is that is based on several aspects and frameworks. These aspects are the genetics, social status, economic status, school and work among others; frames, on the other hand, refer to the understanding of the factors above (Fleck and Leifer, 2012). Hence, the lifespan perspective gives an examination, the procedure on how an individual grows develops, and later on declines / ceases to grow by taking into consideration the several aspects and putting them into various frameworks for better understanding. As the child grows, many developmental changes are experienced; these changes may be the psychological and cognitive advancement and physical development. Where, physical development refers to the expected increase in the size of the body, and the organs depicting a sign of aging, cognitive advancement is mainly associated with how one perceives the world or thinks about everything in general. Lastly, psychological improvement encompasses the changes in interpersonal and personal character of a child where social and emotional aspects are involved. The emotional growth subjects the individual to certain changes in emotions such as feelings of anger, happiness, guilt, and pride among others. Social development, on the other side, entails the custom in which a person relates, shares and interacts with others.
