Traits of a Good Thinker 2 Intelligence within the aspect of psychology refers to a person’s capacity for creativity, memory, planning, communication, self- awareness, emotional thinking and being understanding. However, the American Indians in Northern Ontario associate intelligence with being wise, respectful, and attentive or being a person with good sense of direction. Right thinking or intelligence arises from a person’s good character or personality traits such as having the ability to receive information and retain it as the knowledge required for application towards adaptability within a surrounding and having high versatility, insatiable curiosity, open- mindedness and sensitivity to other people’s involvements. According to Fernandez, Woodley, & Dunkel, (2014), human traits including personality and brainpower are varied along a continuum known as the k-factor resulting from the natural selection of given characteristics that occur during human advancement.
