HUMAN RESOURCE 2 The issue of human resource is now the central policy and initiative in the education sector; however, the biggest problem in the segment is the focus on student accomplishments, education quality, and the funding required for education purposes. According to Sannoh, 2013, other issues include the concerns in recruitment, training, hiring processes assessment and development of qualified professionals; these concerns are the key factors that are needed in understanding human resource strategy in education. Therefore, despite the fact that student achievement is always connected to quality and good teachers, no particular system attracts, supports and offers the best training to the people who are most suitable for the job. High-quality teaching is a valuable resource towards ensuring that the student achieves the best performances. Quality teaching is the value of the teacher to analyze a face, determine that there is a powerful drive behind that student, and hence, develop the motive to influence, encourage, and enrich that person with maximum knowledge that will make the student reap the best out of it. The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
