0IntroductionIn an organization, there are numerous people who works with a shared vision. Theemployee’s works hard and effort contributes to the improvement of the organization as theywork together to achieve the companies targeted goal (James & James, 1989). For instance, theworkers of the company are the foundation of a great and long-lasting firm. However, everyemployee does not have the innate ability or expertise to run a firm; instead, they must be trainedand encouraged to perform well for the company. Most importantly, the company's workingenvironment must be comfortable, encouraging, and safe in order for employees to give their allin every task they undertake. If the working environment is poor than workers becomedissatisfied, performance suffers, and the danger of workplace mishaps rises (Raziq &Maulabakhsh, 2015). Thus, the working environment of organization plays an important role inthe operation of a business as they can either impede or ease the firm's accessibility tomaterials/resources, this indicates that they can provide both benefits and challenges.To have a good working environment, the leader must make recruiting andtraining/educating a priority, assist workers in finding a pleasant working environment, fosterteamwork and interaction, make educational opportunities available and make discussiontransparent as this all lead to building trust between leaders and employees. For instance, clearcommunication promotes trust, teammates loyalty, collaboration, improves team work andproductivity. Furthermore, leaders must consider all these factors for improving the performanceof a business because the working environment keep on changing since the external environment
1changes timely so the leaders must train employees to work in any kind of situation by adoptingto the change. For instance, when covid 19 occurred the world was dealing with a huge economiccrisis which even leaded to many businesses’ downfall. So, to survive in such situation the leadermust train and educate employees to work in accordance with the environment. In fact, somebusiness earned a great profit during the pandemic and this was because of the leaders, whoprepared the team to work in new environment by creating favorable/positive workingenvironment. For instance, work from home was implemented to complete the business work ontime.Outcome of poorly implemented processThere are different types of leaders present in an organization, there are leaders with goodattitude who focus on relationship building, encourages others, encourage risk taking, trustemployees and so forth (Gächter, et al. 2012). However, to be honest there are leaders who areselfish, tries to take credit of others hard work, does not care for others, do not listen toemployees and so on. From my personal experience, I encountered a leader who did not careabout the employees, there was no training for the new staff so the employees did not know howto handle the job, and she expected the employees to perform better, even I experienced samething. Moreover, she always pressured the staffs, interrupted their work and there was no teambonding and collaboration in the working environment that I work for. I believe that there needsto be trust in a workplace because having trust leads to better team work and collaboration. Also,it minimizes the stress and improve the performance of the employees.
