Introduction
In an organization, there are numerous people who works with a shared vision. The
employee’s works hard and effort contributes to the improvement of the organization as they
work together to achieve the companies targeted goal (James & James, 1989). For instance, the
workers of the company are the foundation of a great and long-lasting firm. However, every
employee does not have the innate ability or expertise to run a firm; instead, they must be trained
and encouraged to perform well for the company. Most importantly, the company's working
environment must be comfortable, encouraging, and safe in order for employees to give their all
in every task they undertake. If the working environment is poor than workers become
dissatisfied, performance suffers, and the danger of workplace mishaps rises (Raziq &
Maulabakhsh, 2015). Thus, the working environment of organization plays an important role in
the operation of a business as they can either impede or ease the firm's accessibility to
materials/resources, this indicates that they can provide both benefits and challenges.
To have a good working environment, the leader must make recruiting and
training/educating a priority, assist workers in finding a pleasant working environment, foster
teamwork and interaction, make educational opportunities available and make discussion
transparent as this all lead to building trust between leaders and employees. For instance, clear
communication promotes trust, teammates loyalty, collaboration, improves team work and
productivity. Furthermore, leaders must consider all these factors for improving the performance
of a business because the working environment keep on changing since the external environment

changes timely so the leaders must train employees to work in any kind of situation by adopting
to the change. For instance, when covid 19 occurred the world was dealing with a huge economic
crisis which even leaded to many businesses’ downfall. So, to survive in such situation the leader
must train and educate employees to work in accordance with the environment. In fact, some
business earned a great profit during the pandemic and this was because of the leaders, who
prepared the team to work in new environment by creating favorable/positive working
environment. For instance, work from home was implemented to complete the business work on
time.
Outcome of poorly implemented process
There are different types of leaders present in an organization, there are leaders with good
attitude who focus on relationship building, encourages others, encourage risk taking, trust
employees and so forth (Gächter, et al. 2012). However, to be honest there are leaders who are
selfish, tries to take credit of others hard work, does not care for others, do not listen to
employees and so on. From my personal experience, I encountered a leader who did not care
about the employees, there was no training for the new staff so the employees did not know how
to handle the job, and she expected the employees to perform better, even I experienced same
thing. Moreover, she always pressured the staffs, interrupted their work and there was no team
bonding and collaboration in the working environment that I work for. I believe that there needs
to be trust in a workplace because having trust leads to better team work and collaboration. Also,
it minimizes the stress and improve the performance of the employees. So, a leader must create a
