Geology 107: Natural Hazards Geology 107: Natural Hazards Class Organization Class Organization Grading Options (1) No final exam: Three tests (100 points each), four quizzes (25 points each), 400 points total possible . We will post provisional letter grades after Test III: if you are satisfied, you do not need to take the final exam. (2) With final exam: Two tests (100 points each; lowest test score dropped), four quizzes (25 points each), final exam (200 points), 500 points total possible . Final exam serves as make- up for missed tests. Option 2 can result in a lower grade.

Geology 107: Natural Hazards Geology 107: Natural Hazards Class Organization Class Organization The optional final serves as the only make-up for missed tests. Extra credit opportunities are the only make-up for missed quizzes. Be on time for tests and quizzes – no student can be admitted after any student leaves (University policy). Cheating is not tolerated in this course. Acts of academic dishonesty will be reported to the Academic Judiciary Committee for appropriate disciplinary action. Be very careful during tests and quizzes.
