2 Nature of Religion Everyone in the world has different views of life and spiritual direction. However, many of us don’t fully understand what our religion entails. According to the book, Religion is defined as, “A way of life founded upon the apprehension of sacredness in existence” (Michael Molloy, 2009, p. 6). I am a firm believer of God and the many blessings that have been brought to my life, but I still don’t truly understand my faith and I am always constantly looking for answers to my doubts. In this paper I will be discussing the Relationship with the divine. Which are Relationships with sacred time, Relationships with sacred space or the natural world and Relationships with each other. I think Relationship with the divine is actually a meaning that only the person can define. There are many different beliefs and religions around the world, it’s really just one question that we all should ask. The keyword is “Relationship”, do we, as believers have that relationship with whoever our God may be? For me, I felt I have established that Relationship with my God years ago when I was saved. However, I still find myself as a “Lukewarm” Christian. This is something that I believe many believers struggle with, which is being half in and half out. In today’s society, it is extremely difficult to walk in the footsteps of God or follow the beliefs that are practiced.

As a current student on this bumpy collegiate pathway, I stumbled upon Course Hero, where I can find study resources for nearly all my courses, get online help from tutors 24/7, and even share my old projects, papers, and lecture notes with other students.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
