Client-Centered therapy depends on the individual’s inward assets for development and self-acknowledgment. In this activity, my companion made a nonexistent issue they needed todiscuss that would permit me to rehearse the four fundamental counseling skills. As thetherapist, I was not allowed to ask the client any inquiries or offer guidance about how totackle their concerns. The member was made mindful that this was not an actual therapysession.
