After recent assessment of our total sales for Mexican Taco Restaurant, I have come to the conclusion that we may not be excelling in every area to improve our sales daily or to meet the company’s break-even point. A company’s break-even point is affected by some key factors like the market demand. This includes two main factors i.e. the expected revenue and the costs incurred in doing business. The expected revenue is mostly affected by market demand. A higher desire of a product by customers will result in increased sales which reduce the time required to cover production costs. The volume of demand experienced over time will also be affected by the effectiveness of promotional techniques, the size of the potential target audience and the uniqueness of the business/product. Our current fixed costs include our building lease at $2,000.00 per month, electricity bill that is about $500 per month, and our labor bills, which run $3,100.00 a month. Our average cost
