Definitions Sexual Assault Rape : Sexual intercourse that is (1) forced, (2) victim is unconscious, or (3) victim is disabled. Statutory Rape : (PA) victim is < 16 y/o and perpetrator is 4 or more years older Indecent Assault : touching for the purpose of sexual desire without victim’s consent Incest : sexual intercourse with blood relative or adopted child Other Sex Offenses Covered by Megan’s Law Promoting Prostitution: self-explanatory, i.e. “pimping” Child Pornography : Own, produce, or hire minors involved in sexual behaviors Unlawful Contact with a Minor : lewdness, soliciting sex, etc.
