A private developer is interested to invest on a high raised medium quality condominium blocks (15-25 storey) in the North-West part of Hawassa. a. Considering yourself as an employee of the developer i. How do you sell the idea to potential buyers? Answer I can sell the idea of the developer to the potential buyers in the following ways: I work on promotion using pamphlets with the content showing the affordability of the cost and terms of payment I post the features of the block on advertisement boards with the emphasis to the disabled. I advertise on TV and Radio key difference of the new development of condominium in regard to water supply ,fire fighting, power supply ,and general facilities of the block I make an explanation by arranging panel discussions I arrange race with a motto which promotes the coming development I form a team who works to announce the development around public centers ,bus stations ,train stations and stadiums I arrange to work with influential persons who are from the engineering stream, politicians ,sport persons ,elderly, disabled and religion ii.
