In today’s society business law is necessary in great decisions making. Can you imagine trying
to do business without being able to have any reasonable expectations of other people’s
behavior? Without a rule of law system, there would be no established way of resolving it.
Without the rule of law, business would be chaotic. According to research, ethics are a set of
moral values an induvial well-known for one’s self and your own personal behavior. Laws and
ethics both serve similar purposes of guiding human behavior so as to make it helpful to cultured
social existence. They enforce a sense of right and wrong. Ethical Corporate Social
Responsibility practices that all stakeholders in the business receive fair treatment, from
employees to customers. Ethical issues in business affect a variety of aspects related to a
business’s general operating standards. The ethical issues that are involved in this situation will
be Data Policy. Sensitive data stored digitally caused for customer to get hacked in the database.
