THE BUYER’S EXPERIENCE 2 Introduction Kuester Sabine define consume behaviour as a field that involves the study of people, groups and or organizations and the ways and procedures they utilize in the selection, evaluation and of products and services that conform to their specifications and satisfy their specific needs (2012). The first thing in the consumer behaviour is the identification of a need. Here the consumer realizes that they need something which then leads to establishment of alternatives. With the alternatives at hand, the consumer then evaluates and assess them which leads him or her to consider the best option and makes the purchase. The last step is the post purchase behaviour which involves determining whether the product or services served the purpose it was meant to. There are several aspects that trigger an individual to buying or leaving the premises without the product. This all comes down to the attitude and the way the sales personnel behave towards the consumer. I decided to visit the shop on Saturday, the 4 rd of May. I walked in the retail store at eleven in the morning, as I knew at that time there would be a few people at the store.
