Critical Thinking and Logic Essay 2 Critical Thinking and Logic Essay The following metaphors are an attempt to explain a small part of a life that began as a challenge and ended in success. What a bright little boy if only he knew the strength and ability he has to achieve what ever he chooses. Henry would grimace whenever he heard these words. Deep down somewhere he would feel the truth, something inside of him would began to call out to him. Due to his anger he would continue on without answering this silent but powerful truth. You see Henry was angry at the world, he was angry at God, he felt that he was dealt a bad hand. He would often ask himself “why me?”. I wish I was better I wish I did not have these problems, these obstacles and challenges. So he did what he thought would be easier for him to do, rebel to show the world he does not care. He thought it was easier to act as if he did not care because caring would show that he was weak. Henry continued to live his life this way until one day he was in a life threatening car accident, and he was told that he was going to die, or if he lived he would have to learn all over again, and he would never be able to walk again. For the first time Henry decided to answer the words that he has been ignoring most of his life. Yes I will live, he thought to himself. With all his strength and will power he had in is body, he made the decision
