Acid-Base Titration: The Identification of an Unknown Solid MATERIALS: From store room: 1 50ml burette 1 100ml volumetric flask 1 10 ml volumetric pipette 1 pipette bulb Cabinets: 1 burette clamp 1 metal rod Part A: Standardization of NaOH Preparation of 100 ml of standard oxalic acid Calculation goes here Weigh calculated amount of oxalic acid dihydrate -+0.1g into 50ml beaker on top loading balance Then bring to analytic balance room. Place 100ml beaker on analytic balance and tare to zero Transfer pre-weighed oxalic acid dihydrate in beaker Record mass to 4 decimal places Quantitative transfer At bench, add 50ml deionized water to 100ml beaker and stir until dissolved. Prepare volumetric flask o Rinse with 10ml aliquots od deionized water Pour oxalic acid solution into flask Rinse beaker three times with 10ml portions of deionized water and pour risings into flask
