Evenlearning/ peer assesing using critical thinking will be useless if there are no rules that preventundesirable behaviors effort because they will waste much time in solving problems that ariseinside class. Therefore, this study aims at discussing the causes ofbehavior change. Finnally,the study will state some recommendations for students to take into considerations so that theenvironment of the class will be free from any behavior that cause distruction for the learningprocess.1- IntroductionThe study will shed light on online class behavioral changemanagement and the means tocontrol the undesirable behavior inside the class. One of the most difficult experiences thatinstructors face is dealling with confrontational students. In this light this study aims atinvestigating the reasons behind the students behavioral change. It is neccessary tounderstand student charecter before thinking of how to have control on the undesirablebehavior.2 -Literature reviewThis qualitative study examined the use of Peer assessment through discussion forum andwritten assignment assessment way of learningin an alternative University that primarilyserves students from riskeducational failure due to behavioral problems. Interviews, as wellas observations and archival documents yielded eightmajor categories of student benefits.This qualitative study was intended to answer the following research question: What leads tobehavioral change in online learning, if any, have the students behaviors changed due to
