Abstract
Self discipline inside class play a major role in the success of educational stratgies. Even
learning/ peer assesing using critical thinking will be useless if there are no rules that prevent
undesirable behaviors effort because they will waste much time in solving problems that arise
inside class. Therefore, this study aims at discussing the causes of behavior change. Finnally,
the study will state some recommendations for students to take into considerations so that the
environment of the class will be free from any behavior that cause distruction for the learning
process.
1- Introduction
The study will shed light on online class behavioral change management and the means to
control the undesirable behavior inside the class. One of the most difficult experiences that
instructors face is dealling with confrontational students. In this light this study aims at
investigating the reasons behind the students behavioral change. It is neccessary to
understand student charecter before thinking of how to have control on the undesirable
behavior.
2 -Literature review
This qualitative study examined the use of Peer assessment through discussion forum and
written assignment assessment way of learning in an alternative University that primarily
serves students from risk educational failure due to behavioral problems. Interviews, as well
as observations and archival documents yielded eight major categories of student benefits.
