AR 710-2 (2-10g & App F).b. Hand receipt annexes reflect only the shortages.c. Use of component hand receipt is mandatory when issuing items with components tointended user. Use either the component hand receipt, or hand receipt annex, when issuingitems to supervisors above the user.3. Commander appoints new handreceipt holder (HRH) in timely mannerandensures all hand receipts are keptcurrent.Upon notification that a HRH will be absent for an extended period, the commander or activitychief will appoint an interim HRH & inventory team.AR 710-2 (2-10g (7)). Unit reviews Overage RecoverableItems List (ORIL) regularly.Recoverable requests are preceded by a turn-in of an unserviceable like item, if under specialcircumstances and no prior turn-in is possible/ practical, follow outline in AR 710-2 (2-6e).
