To effectively solvedisputes within the organization, one needs to identify the legal, social, cultural, and economicissues facing the decision of conflict resolution method. The specific topic has different effectson the intervention's possible outcomes, hence the need to identify the issues with their potentialoutcomes. The conflict resolution process can involve the legal system, trade unions, or thestakeholders who help make the final decision.
