Withoutthis conscience there would not be any possibility of minimum trust or respect for otherindividuals. This purports a logical argument where society needs to be based on a commonmoral order instead of a rational self-interest; therefore a ‘pre contractual solidarity’ must existbefore contracts can be depended upon (Collins 105). He was constantly persisting in the need toremove this inequalities which produce the forced division of labour rather than a meritocracybased on inherent talent and preference. And the only way that the anomic and abnormal formsof division of labour could only be solved is by more planning of the economy, betterorganization and more organized involvement of workers and employers in the joint regulation
