Positive change for the life and men and women/gender relation in the society
About 20/25 years  stalled/paused.
 Three main areas:

 WORK : Increase of women in the workforce: 47% of total workforce
 60% of working-age women were working in 2010.
 Decrease of men in the workforce from 1970s to 2010s. 80% -- 70%
 The close of the gap between men and women does not just come
from the fantastic things in women’s life. Something happened in
men’s life and the complicated economic things.
 Women as a Percentage of All Workers in the Occupation.
 Underrepresented: firefighters/pilots/civil
engineer/chefs/dentists/lawyers/physicians
 Something about physical demands and time demands/ is also
about life expectations of men and women/ there are
assumptions, expectations, and history of jobs.
 Overrepresented: elementary
teachers/librarians/Nurses/Receptionists/dental Hygienists
