INT- HOUSE- NIGHT
DANIEL, a divorced man, comes inside his house after being
fired from his employment as a professor. He drops his keys
and suitcase on the table. He walks inside the kitchen,
grabs some food and drinks. He checks his voicemail and
relizes that his step sister, Felicia, had just left her a
msg.
He decides to call her back and begin to talk. They have
spoken for almost five years since their mother abandon
them.
FELICIA
I’m so sorry about your lost, are
you ok?
DANIEL
I’m fine. My wife just left me with
my kids and now it’s my father.
FELICIA
hey, i know it may not be easy, but
always remember i’m here for you.
What was wrong with him.
Daniel sits on the couch and turns on the TV, while talking
to Felicia.
DANIEL
My father suffered a neck injure.
FELICIA
I’m sorry to hear that. No matter
what happens, i’m always here for
you. How’s work?
DANIEL
I just got fired today.
FELICIA
(sacastically) I’m so sorry
again.
DANIEL
Stop saying you’re sorry. It’s more
stressful hearing someone saying
sorry all the time.
